We are a busy, well-established plastic surgery practice seeking a bright, detail-oriented medical receptionist to join our team — someone who enjoys working with patients and wants to grow in a highly desirable specialty. Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients
  • Process payments and manage front desk transactions
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Assist with general administrative and front office tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with multiple software systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior medical office experience is a plus, but not required
