About the Role
We are seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Experience Booking Coordinator. In this role, you will help clients turn vacation ideas into confirmed plans by researching available options, coordinating selected services, and keeping important booking details organized.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting customers, comparing choices, managing details, and working independently in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, and overall vacation expectations.
- Research suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and package options using approved resources.
- Support the booking process by coordinating selected services and organizing confirmations, schedules, reservation details, and itinerary information.
- Keep clients updated, follow up on missing information, answer routine questions, and assist with standard changes or special requests when needed.
- Review booking information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue learning about suppliers and destinations.
