Reporting and visualisation – Build reports and dashboards in Excel, Tableau and Power BI for internal teams and retailer accounts, covering ladder plans, joint business plans, slot plans and line review presentations.
Retailer and stakeholder engagement – Prepare and present sales, operations and financial insights to retailer teams in key meetings, and align business operations with sales strategy alongside the VP of Sales, Commercial, Marketing and Operations.
Process improvement – Document key processes and best practice across Sales, Commercial and Product; map inefficiencies, implement scalable solutions, and deliver one key ZURU project each year.
