Tag Systems is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Personalization Equipment Operator to join our production team in Eatontown, NJ. Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Overtime and occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

As a Personalization Equipment Operator, you will help produce secure card products by operating specialized production equipment and ensuring all work meets quality and security standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate personalization and production equipment according to established procedures
• Monitor machine performance and identify issues that may impact quality or productivity
• Accurately process production jobs while meeting quality and security requirements
• Complete production documentation and audit logs
• Inspect completed products to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Transfer materials safely and efficiently between workstations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed
• Follow all company safety, quality, and security procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a secure manufacturing environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, printing, fulfillment, or equipment operation is a plus but not required
