As we continue to scale our global platform, the Floor Worker will play a critical role in keeping sewing department workflow and production moving efficiently.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Floor Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by moving work into assigned sections according to the production schedule and ensuring all bundle parts and findings are staged correctly to enable seamless sewing operations. Working closely with the supervisor, this role helps maintain production flow, distributes repairs and rejects, and inspects completed work to uphold quality standards on the first shift. The Floor Worker delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Collaborate closely with the supervisor and sewing department teammates to maintain steady workflow and meet daily production schedule targets.
• Support a coordinated team environment by communicating clearly and proactively about production status, repairs, and any workflow disruptions.
• Assist in keeping the department organized so that teammates have what they need — parts, findings, and bundles — to stay productive throughout the shift.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Contribute to the timely production of officially licensed merchandise that reaches fans around the world on schedule.
• Support quality assurance by assisting in the distribution of repairs and rejects and inspecting completed work to ensure finished products meet standards fans expect.
• Help maintain an efficient production floor that enables Fanatics Commerce to fulfill fan orders accurately and at scale.
• Uphold product integrity at every step of the manufacturing process, directly supporting the fan experience through quality execution.

• Identify opportunities to improve the movement of bundles and materials through the sewing department to reduce bottlenecks and idle time.
• Apply a problem-solving mindset when workflow disruptions occur, escalating quickly and helping implement solutions to keep production on track.

• Execute daily responsibilities with consistency and attention to detail, ensuring all bundle parts and findings are accurately prepared and delivered per the cut sheet.
• Maintain personal accountability for the accuracy and timeliness of work moved through assigned sections of the production floor.
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by working overtime as production demands require, supporting the team's ability to meet output goals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor with reliability and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of a full production shift, including standing for extended periods.
• Physical capability to safely lift up to 45 lbs as required throughout the workday.
• Flexibility to work overtime beyond the standard 1st Shift schedule (7:00am–3:30pm EST) as production demands require.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions, including reading and interpreting cut sheets and production schedules.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to coordinate with supervisors and teammates.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and reliably as part of a production team.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accurate workflow and quality standards on the production floor.
