Brookside Country Club in Macungie, Pennsylvania, is currently seeking candidates to join our culinary team. Part-time and full-time positions available. We are looking for motivated, dependable candidates, with solid, fundamental cooking skills who have a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Duties:

· Operate and maintain equipment properly

· Breakdown and clean station daily

· Proper rotation of products and stock

· Complete prep work as assigned

· Communicate effectively with service staff, kitchen staff, and managers

· Follow and prepare recipes as required

· Adhere to all kitchen and ServSafe policies for food handling

Qualifications:

· Must be over 18 years of age

· Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods

· Must have a MINIMUM of 1 year of previous cooking experience

· Some weekends and holidays are required

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
