Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team!


Work Authorization:
To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and tracking of customer projects from order entry through production and shipment.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between Sales, Account Management, Production, and Shipping to ensure projects remain on schedule and customer expectations are met.
  • Monitor workflow and production capacity to help prioritize workloads and accommodate large or complex jobs.
  • Create and maintain production schedules, providing visibility into project status, timelines, and potential bottlenecks.
  • Communicate schedule changes, production updates, and shipping timelines to internal stakeholders.
  • Support daily order fulfillment activities, working closely with Shipping to coordinate freight schedules and delivery requirements.
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify risks to on-time delivery.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain project-related data and prepare status reports for leadership and operational teams.
  • Assist in balancing workloads across departments to maximize efficiency and throughput.
  • Ensure project documentation, job tickets, schedules, and customer requirements are accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on project priorities and capacity concerns.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

You Must Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, production planning, scheduling, customer service, account management support, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, logistics, or production environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with ERP, production scheduling, order management, or workflow management systems.
  • Ability to create reports, track project status, and analyze workflow data.

We Would Also Prefer: 

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in commercial print, direct mail, packaging, fulfillment, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling, freight coordination, or logistics planning.
  • Experience supporting large customer campaigns or high-volume production workloads.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $30-$34. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
