We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our office and support our attorneys and staff in delivering outstanding legal service.

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth daily operations of the firm. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
路 Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and office staff
路 Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients, and manage front-desk reception duties as needed.
路 Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
路 Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings
路 Maintain electronic and physical client files in an organized and confidential manner
路 Handle mail distribution, scanning, and copying of documents
路 Assist with billing, data entry, and office inventory management
路 Support the firm鈥檚 overall workflow and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:
路 Previous administrative experience (law firm or professional office setting preferred)
路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
路 Strong organizational and time management abilities
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
路 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
路 Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
路 Familiarity with court filing procedures and legal terminology
