Through consultation, the HRBP equips leaders to handle people matters with confidence and consistency, strengthen employee engagement, improve performance, resolve employee relations issues, develop talent, and cultivate a workplace culture where people can thrive and do their best work together.   The successful HRBP demonstrates our core behaviors in everything they do. This role is designed to be a force multiplier for management; building their capability so they can lead their teams well. Experience managing employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations. Experience coaching managers and leaders  Strong knowledge of employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and HR best practices. Ability to work in a hybrid context required; both working from home and traveling to/working from store locations. Frequency of in-store presence will vary based on store alignment and business needs; typically ranging from two to four times per week Ability to travel regularly to CommunityAid locations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.  Preferred-- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting multi-site retail, nonprofit, service, or distribution environments. Experience using Paycom or comparable HRIS platforms. Qualifications
