We're looking for an energetic and compassionate marketing professional to join our team and create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:

  

· Prepares correspondence and supports coordination for group meetings and events.


· Supports the coordination for scheduling of meetings and detailed records and reporting of selections made.


· Performs general office management duties to assist in maintaining marketing including maintaining an organized office-filing system, maintaining and arranging design samples, ordering office supplies, handling phone calls and appointments and processing mail.


· Maintains the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.


· Maintains database of information for finish selections and is responsible for creating reporting for construction needs.


· Responds to telephone, website, and walk in inquiries and distributes leads to the appropriate sales team member. 


· Conduct community prospect and visitor tours and provide comprehensive information about the community.


· Use question-based sales techniques to utilize during the discovery process, gain next steps with date and time and successfully move prospects through the sales process. 


· Obtain accurate information from prospects to follow up with inquiry calls and establish next steps in the sales process.


· Assist with managing the marketing database by updating prospect and resident information, activities, and status. Call prospects to schedule appointments or other sales activities as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing. 


· Assist with managing paperwork and maintaining proper records for sales process, including reservations, contracts, applications, new move in binders. Complete agreement signings and assist in gathering documents needed prior to move as requested by Director of Sales and Marketing.


· Prepares and sends various types of correspondence as directed, including cover letters, follow-up letters, thank you notes, and quotations for custom selections or construction.


· Keeps team members informed of office activities, appointment schedules, prospect visits, and general office updates.


· Prepares and distributes reports as assigned, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, to the appropriate distribution list.


· Assists prospects and inquiries both in person and by phone by providing basic information and scheduling appointments.


  

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Associate degree in related fields
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a senior living setting
  • Skill: Intermediate computer skills. Valid South Carolina driver’s license

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in Senior Living 
  • Skill: Knowledge in Electronic records and experience with CRM Software
