What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers and develop new business.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.
- Educate customers about insurance products, coverage, and discounts.
- Prepare and present personalized quotes.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures.
- Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For
We're open to both experienced insurance professionals and entry-level candidates. The right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

- Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, but willing to obtain upon hire.
