We’re looking for a creative, driven Marketing Designer who wants more than just production work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves seeing their work out in the real world, and is excited to grow alongside a company that’s evolving and expanding.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital)
• Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representatives
• Manage and update our WordPress website
• Generate and analyze Google Analytics reports
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production

Your work won’t sit in a folder — it will be seen, used, and felt.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web)
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Preferred but not Required

• Videography or video editing (Premiere Pro)
• Photography experience
• WordPress design experience
• Illustration skills
• A growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projects

This position follows the school calendar, meaning:

• 1–2 weeks off at Christmas
• 1–2 weeks off during the summer
• Reduced hours (approx. 32/week) June–mid August depending on production
