Job Summary

The Product Marketing Program Manager drives on-time, high-quality delivery of product marketing-led GTM initiatives across NetApp's portfolio. This role ensures that plans are executed with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact through strong program management, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined operating rhythms.

 

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Solutions, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to orchestrate integrated GTM planning and delivery for priority initiatives. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well with leaders at all levels, and is eager to learn, grow, and "roll up their sleeves" to move work forward. You also share our passion for leveraging AI as a force multiplier for productivity and operational rigor.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management or operations.
  • Familiarity with B2B Marketing functions (e.g., Go-To-Market)
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly absorb new concepts.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.

 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or technical field
  • Additional equivalent experience may be considered in place of Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree plus less aditional experience will be considered
