The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia's MC3 program is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next Data Analyst/Administrative Assistant. The selected candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who will support the day-to-day administrative and data management needs of the program. This position will play an important role in maintaining accurate program data, managing deliverables, supporting community partnerships and school coordination, and ensuring required documentation remains complete and compliant with program and CSB expectations.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Maintain, organize, and monitor program data to ensure information is accurate, current, and readily available for program reporting and operational needs.
- Track program deliverables, deadlines, and required documentation to ensure items are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
- Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of program reports, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and other data-related documents.
- Support the development, coordination, and maintenance of community partnerships, including assisting with Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and related documentation.
- Assist with school coordination activities, including communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up with school partners.
- Maintain organized records related to program activities, partnerships, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor documentation for completeness and accuracy and assist with ensuring program records remain compliant with CSB policies, procedures, and program expectations.
- Assist with collecting, entering, reviewing, and compiling data for program monitoring, quality improvement, and reporting purposes.
- Provide administrative support to program leadership and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, document preparation, and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, schools, community partners, and other stakeholders to support efficient program operations.
- Identify missing information, upcoming deadlines, or operational needs and take initiative to follow up and assist with resolution.
- Assist with organizing meetings, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up items as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle program and participant information in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- All other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to collect, organize, maintain, and review data accurately
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with schools, community partners, agency staff, and diverse populations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple assignments and deliverables
Here’s what would put you over the top:
- Previous experience in data entry, data management, administrative support, or program coordination
- Previous experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, education, or community-based setting
- Experience working with spreadsheets, data tracking systems, reports, or other data management tools
- Experience coordinating with schools, community organizations, or other external partners
- Experience assisting with contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), or partnership documentation
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including organizing and analyzing data
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or other electronic data systems
- Previous experience working with program compliance, quality improvement, or performance monitoring
