Job Duties:

· Support the sales, service, and facilities efforts onsite or at a customer’s facility

· Participate and lead customer trials in our Customer Innovation Center (CIC)

· Operate and maintain the machines in the CIC

· Take lead on writing lab reports and trial summaries

· Track and maintain inventory of raw materials for trials

· Public speaking and machine demonstrations at technical conferences and customer visits

· Identify and recommend machine design improvements

· Technical process support for customers

· Assist service team with installation and commissioning of new machines

· Domestic and international travel as required to meet customer needs

· Assist and guide interns in the completion of their everyday tasks and final projects

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· BS Engineering, preferably in plastics or pulp and paper

· Public speaking and presentation skills

· Ability to read, understand and analyze statistical data and characteristics
