Full- and part-time positions available!
Currently hiring for weekend shifts:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (choose your availability!)
- 1st shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Some weekend and holiday availability is required.
What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. No two days are exactly alike.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new clients and assisting with the intake process, including facility tours, paperwork, and orientation.
- Providing transportation to appointments, airports, community outings, and other approved activities.
- Conducting routine wellness checks and obtaining vital signs.
- Monitoring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment.
- Documenting observations, interactions, and client progress accurately and timely.
- Supporting clients through challenging moments with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
- Assisting with recreational activities, community events, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborating with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to ensure exceptional client care.
- Responding appropriately during emergencies and following established safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
We want our team to be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred:
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, healthcare, social services, customer service, or related fields.
