As a Remote Client Services Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, research available options, provide recommendations, and assist throughout the planning and reservation process. You will also maintain client information, follow up as needed, and provide ongoing support.

No previous industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you learn the systems, resources, and processes needed to get started.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
Identify client needs, preferences, and budgets
Research and compare available options
Provide recommendations based on client requests
Assist with reservations and related arrangements
Maintain accurate client and reservation information
Follow up with clients before and after reservations
Complete required training and stay current on available resources

Requirements:

Must reside in the United States or Mexico
Reliable internet connection
Access to a computer or laptop
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer and internet skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and complete required training
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
