Currently hiring experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team for commercial roofing installation, repair, and maintenance projects in Dickinson, ND. We are seeking skilled commercial roofers with 3 or more years of experience working with commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems. Per diem available for qualified travelers (hotel accommodations provided + daily per diem). Pay is $30 - $40 per hour based on skill set and level of experience.

Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems
Perform tear-offs, roof preparation, installation, repairs, and maintenance
Install commercial flat and low-slope roofing materials
Work with roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing
Install insulation, membrane, flashing, edge details, and other roofing components
Measure, cut, position, and secure roofing materials
Identify and repair leaks and damaged roofing areas
Safely operate roofing tools and equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements

Commercial Roofer Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial roofing experience
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and/or other commercial roofing systems
Knowledge of commercial roofing installation, repair, and maintenance
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have your own tools and PPE
