Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA

Job Overview

Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Flexible Pediatric Home Health

Build a meaningful pediatric therapy career with flexibility, strong earning potential, and real support in the field.

MGA Homecare is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistants to support children and families across the Denver metro area. This is not a clinic-based role with rigid productivity expectations. It is a one-on-one home health opportunity where you can build a caseload around your schedule, your preferred service areas, and meaningful pediatric work in the field under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Denver continues to be a competitive market for therapy professionals, especially in pediatric home health. At MGA, we differentiate ourselves by offering practical flexibility, accessible clinical support, and earning potential that reflects your caseload, experience, and availability.

Why This Role Stands Out in Denver

  • Flexible scheduling that is actually flexible: choose the days, hours, and geographic areas that fit your life.

  • One-on-one pediatric care: treat children in their natural environment and see real-life progress with families.

  • Strong earning potential: compensation is based on experience, tenure, caseload, and availability.

  • Support without micromanagement: clinical, administrative, and scheduling support help you stay focused on patient care.

  • Designed for Denver traffic and lifestyle: we work to align caseloads with your preferred service areas whenever possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

  • Support treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement.

  • Help children build safety, independence, and meaningful progress through individualized therapy interventions.

  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.

  • Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.

  • Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.
