Banquet Line Cook

This individual is passionate about creating memorable experiences through food and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Banquet Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food for banquets, events, and other culinary functions while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and excellent sanitation standards.

Requested Tasks 

• Setting up, stocking, cleaning, and organizing assigned workstation for banquet service and events  
• Execute food production efficiently and accurately while meeting event timelines and service expectations 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstation
• Adapt to changing event needs, menus, and production volumes as needed

Requested Capabilities                                                                                             

• At least 1 year of related cooking experience; banquet or high-volume cooking experience preferred
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures 
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred 
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house 
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
