If that mission resonates, we'd love to have you on our team.   Essential Job Functions: Responsible for running production and following safety rules / procedures. Able to keep up with the flow of production and minimize downtime. Willingness to use band saws, rip saws, baler, and plussing machine. Responsible for building boxes with use of tape gun and staple gun Willingness to help with inventory at the end of the month. Responsible for area safety and housekeeping Committed to continuous process improvement and to produce safe and quality products that meet specifications and our responsibility to our customers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. QualificationsEducation and Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in a production environment is preferred. Valid driver’s license is also preferred.   Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted Be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day Able to reach, bend, kneel and climb while performing repetitive tasks Ability to work in hot and cold environments Able to correctly wear PPE for entire shifts Able to react and respond quickly to noises, smells, visual hazards, and alerts     Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis.
