Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions) using four-handed dentistry techniques
  • Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and patient safety
  • Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
  • Manage patient records and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
  • Provide chair-side patient comfort and support throughout treatment
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene care and post-procedure instructions
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and ensure all supplies are stocked
  • Support emergency dental cases with calm, professional demeanor
Required Qualifications
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential
  • Radiology certification required
  • Completion of a dental assistant training program or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
