Tasks & Responsibilities:

This position covers a variety of tasks such as greeting visitors, answering phone, copying, scanning, general office work, picking up and sorting mail, errands around campus when needed, and miscellaneous other tasks.

Other tasks that you will be asked to complete:

  • Develop promotional materials (i.e., flyers) using graphic design skills (CANVA) 
  • Assisting with department events (set-up & tear-down of events & lectures) 

Qualifications:

  • Hours will fall between 8:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday and will be scheduled for each semester according to the needs of both the student and the department. 
  • The pay rate for this position is standard minimum wage. 
  • Open to all FWS and non FWS students. 
  • Preferred experience with CANVA, copiers, scanners, Google Suites, and computers.
