How Your Day Flows

You’ll start onsite in DeForest by checking the status of open tooling items and verifying that recent updates are reflected correctly across shared systems. Throughout the morning, you’ll shift between system entries, document control, and preparing clear, audit-ready summaries for internal stakeholders.

Midday is often focused on reconciling information—confirming details with other departments, validating data in reports, and organizing materials so engineers and toolmakers can move quickly without rework. Later, you’ll compile clean visuals (spreadsheets, charts, and slides) that help the team review progress and financial impacts.

As priorities change, you’ll keep communication structured and timely, ensuring requests are tracked and nothing critical is missed before the day ends.

Total Rewards

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA); and Paid Time Off (PTO).
