About the Role:
Consolitech International LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team in North Chesterfield, VA. This is your opportunity to take the lead on exciting installation projects, mentor a talented crew, and make a real impact in the comfort of homes and businesses across the region. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HVAC system installations for residential and/or commercial projects from start to finish
- Install, commission, and test heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians and installation crew members on job sites
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Coordinate with project managers and customers to ensure timely project completion
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise on the job site
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, ductwork, and air handlers
- Ability to read schematics, and equipment specifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in various physical conditions including confined spaces, heights, and extreme temperatures
