Holbrook Heating is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

Requirements
What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will take ownership of assigned installation projects and help ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to Holbrook Heating's quality standards.
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to completion
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related HVAC equipment
- Lead and provide direction to helpers on assigned jobs
- Review job requirements and ensure necessary materials and equipment are available
- Troubleshoot installation issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
- Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Light commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductwork, electrical components, and HVAC installation procedures
- Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and manufacturer installation instructions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to confidently lead a crew and keep installations moving efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
