The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in patient care, working collaboratively under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).   • A valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current AHA BLS (American Heart Association Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Certified to administer medications.
  • A minimum of a diploma-level education.
  • IV Certification, preferred
