Commercial Cleaner

Job Title: Part-Time Evening Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning

Location: Davison, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our evening field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments for our commercial clients. If you take pride in thorough work, enjoy operating independently, and want a consistent evening schedule, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.

• Dust fixtures, furniture, windowsills, and baseboards to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

• Monitor supply inventories and notify management when reordering is necessary.

• Secure facility premises upon shift completion by double-checking locks and doors.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the company and client accounts.

Position Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Possess reliable transportation to travel to and from assigned job sites daily.

• Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to complete tasks within shift limits.

• Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

• Previous background in janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is helpful, though comprehensive training is provided.
