Food Server Assistant Ramsays Kitchen

The Food Server Assistant supports servers in delivering excellent dining experiences by maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities include setting up tables, refilling beverages, clearing dishes, restocking supplies, and assisting with guest needs.

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Refill water, coffee, and other beverages as needed.
• Stock and restock service areas with necessary supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Support servers by delivering additional items requested by guests, such as extra plates, sauces, or utensils.
• Ensure all areas of the dining room and sever stations are clean and tidy.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to lift bus tbs weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
• Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment.
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
• Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Work requires 6 months’ previous food server / running experience.
• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Hourly Rate: $12.63 per hour
