We are looking for:NursingClinical SupervisorÂ
Never a dull moment in the Nursing department! Our patients need constant supervision to ensure treatment plans are being executed. This department is perfect for someone who can identify patient distress and react accordingly, enjoys phlebotomy, placing IV catheters, assisting with recovery and client follow up and education.Â

What you’ll do:Â
Escalates issues to Clinical ManagerÂ
Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)Â
Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needsÂ
Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shiftÂ
Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:Â Â
Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources, breaks and lunches for team membersÂ
Assigns team member responsibilities per shiftÂ
Addresses process or employee issues during their shiftÂ
Communicates schedule changes, performance concerns and shift issues to the Clinical Manager routinelyÂ
Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalationsÂ
Trains and mentors new team membersÂ
Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluationsÂ
Participates in on-call responsibilitiesÂ
Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinelyÂ
Who you are:Â
Prior veterinary experience required,previousemergency experience desiredÂ
Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)Â
Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessaryÂ
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
