As a Nail Technician, you’re not just providing professional nail care treatments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional nail services: Perform manicures, pedicures, polish applications, acrylics, paraffin treatments, and other nail services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of nail care products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
• Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
• Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
