Overview
As a key member of Saatchi & Saatchi’s Talent team, you will assist with resolving employee relations issues, and policy development & implementation. Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor and employment law regulations. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition operations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Ops to ensure the processes in placeÂ
support continual optimization of our overall talent operations.Â

Responsibilities
Â
Talent Operations - Manage human resource/talent operations, identifying needs, determining solutions, and integrating tools and processes to create and drive efficiency. Audit, document, and standardize processes across locations. Support leadership as they guide teams to adopt best practices and a consistent approach to talent management. Train internal teams on operational changes to promote excellence. Maintain a centralized repository of pertinent materials for Talent Management.Â
Benefits Administration – Functions as the primary point person for all benefits initiatives and information.  Address overarching benefits updates and changes, open enrollment, etc.Â
Leave Management – Responsible for overseeing the leave process and ensuring that all deadlines and legal requirements are met.  This includes the creation of maternity leave calendars, handling of Worker’s Comp claims, and all associated communication with Resources Benefits and Legal.Â
New Hire Orientation – Leads new hire orientation; ensures that all new hires have pertinent information in order to onboard successfully.Â
Immigration Processing – Handles the processing of all visa applications and changes.  Acts as the subject matter expert for immigration.Â
Employee Relations and Performance Management – Participates in the handling of employee relations issues and performance management escalation.  Acts as a coaching resource to employees, empowering them to address issues independently where appropriate.Â
Training and Development – Oversees the execution of training initiatives for the organization, from identifying a need to locating training resource, scheduling the event, and collecting feedback for future analysis.Â
Qualifications
Minimum of six years of HR related experience with heavy emphasis on HR policy implementation and administration. Â
Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws. Â
Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environment highly preferred.  Â
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills.   Â
Must have familiarity with HRIS, and ATS.Â

Compensation Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
