Senior Talent Acquisition

Support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent through full-cycle recruiting activities. This role partners with hiring teams to identify talent needs, build candidate pipelines, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices. The position operates with significant autonomy, resolves complex recruiting challenges, and contributes to projects with strategic business value. 

What You'll Do 

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding for domestic and/or international positions. 

• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market research. 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruiting consultation. 

• Extend offers, support negotiations, and ensure candidates understand employment terms and expectations. 

• Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring data, and provide reporting to support workforce planning decisions. 

• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. 

• Support employer branding, recruiting events, talent marketing initiatives, and other projects as assigned. 

• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies responsibly to enhance sourcing, candidate engagement, talent intelligence, workflow efficiency, reporting, and recruiting effectiveness.

What You'll Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• 3+ years of related recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience. 

• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes. 

• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and analytical skills. 

• Ability to interpret recruiting data and metrics to support decision-making. 

• AI proficiency, including the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools for sourcing, research, workflow optimization, reporting, candidate engagement, and productivity while exercising sound judgment, data privacy awareness, and responsible AI practices.
