QA/QC Engineer (MEP/Cx)Ā
Data center project field QA/QC role thatĀ is responsibleĀ toĀ executeĀ the JLL-SKAE QA/QC Program throughout the L1-L5 commissioning (Cx) levels or specifiedĀ responsibilitiesĀ based on ourĀ clientsāĀ requirements.Ā It is required to work onsite full-time (40-50 hoursĀ a week) with the potential for overtime.Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ
Review MEP Drawings, approvedĀ submittalsĀ and specifications as neededĀ
Inspect incoming MEP equipment and complete the required receiving checklist on the required software platformĀ Ā
If required,Ā perform preparatory phase meetings with all subcontractors and confirm readiness toĀ work onsiteĀ
Review MEP mockups for equipment or specific systems asĀ requiredĀ per specificationsĀ
Document and track all required QA/QC deliverables and test reports during L2Ā and L3Ā (NETA, Short Circuit Study, Torque/Megger sheets,Ā TABĀ etcā¦)Ā
Ensure that allĀ set-inĀ place inspection checklists are completed by JLL-SKAE and the subs/vendorsĀ
Perform inspection for foreign object debris (FOD)Ā inside MEP equipmentĀ ifĀ requiredĀ
Perform final equipment inspection prior to L3 Energization.Ā
Ensure all L3 document deliverables including startup reports are provided.Ā
AssistĀ with the development of methods of procedure (MOPās) for specific equipment and systems.Ā
Track and organize all required documentation for L1-L3 on Procore or other software platformĀ
Record observations and issues in the required software platform during walk throughs and inspectionsĀ
Manage all issues and observations in the required software platform and ensureĀ timelyĀ closeoutĀ
QualificationsĀ
Ability to be a self-starterĀ
OSHA-30 certified or withinĀ 30 daysĀ of employmentĀ
At least 3 years of data center experienceĀ
At least 2 years of QA/QC experienceĀ
Strong familiarity with theĀ Cx/QA/QC processĀ Ā
Strong onsite safety awarenessĀ
Is willing to be a traveler and assigned to projects in other regions in the US.Ā
Preferred- Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) certifiedĀ Ā
Preferred- NFPA-70E certifiedĀ
Preferred- Work experience with high profile data center clientsĀ

Estimated compensation for this position:
90,000.00 ā 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
