T1 Energy is seeking a Production Planner Operator to support daily production planning activities. Under the direction of the Planning/Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for executing the established production plan, coordinating material flow to production lines, generating serial numbers, maintaining production planning records, and monitoring production progress to ensure compliance with production requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on established schedules, production capacity, and material availability.

  • Coordinate the delivery of cell pallets to production lines according to production requirements.

  • Generate and manage serial numbers for manufacturing orders.

  • Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Process teams to ensure compliance with the established production plan.

  • Monitor production progress and adjust production priorities according to the approved production plan and forecast requirements.

  • Monitor production progress and implement production plan changes according to forecast requirements.

  • Maintain accurate production planning records, including pallet information, cell quantities, module output, efficiency, and other production data.

  • Support production optimization and continuous improvement activities as needed.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or higher, and relevant experience is preferred.

  • Prior experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment (preferably electronics, solar, or light industrial).

  • Basic in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently under pressure.

  • Ability to adapt to shift schedules and work in a fast-paced, evolving production

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed primarily in a manufacturing plant environment.

  • May be required to stand or walk for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Possess the visual acuity required for extensive computer work, data entry, and schedule monitoring.

  • Frequent use of computer systems, including data entry and schedule monitoring.

  • Must have visual acuity to prepare reports, analyze data, and read production schedules.
