Maintenance Tech Needed- Dallas, TX

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Shift Availability:
3rd: Monday through Friday (most Saturday's), 11:00pm-7:00am

CKS Packaging is currently looking for an Industrial Maintenance Tech to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and technical background with experience in multiple areas of industrial manufacturing and equipment maintenance.

Candidates with experience in at least two of the following areas are preferred:

• Blow Molding
• Plastics Processing
• Electrical Systems
• Hydraulics
• Industrial Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing and production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Support blow molding and plastics processing equipment
• Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance records
• Assist with continuous improvement and preventative maintenance initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Blow Molding
  • Plastics Processing
  • Electrical Systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Industrial Maintenance
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience hydraulic and pneumatic systems
