Key Responsibilities Â
- Respond to service calls and diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair BMS/BAS/DDC and HVAC control systems. Â
- Troubleshoot controls from the supervisory controller through field controllers, sensors, actuators, end devices, and wiring. Â
- Perform programming modifications, system diagnostics, commissioning support, and control system repairs. Â
- Interpret HVAC mechanical systems and sequences of operation to identify and resolve control-related issues. Â
- Work with multiple controls platforms and interfaces, including Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls/FX, and similar systems. Â
- Support larger controls projects and integrations while working closely with project managers and other technical team members. Â

Qualifications & Skills Â
- 2+ years of experience with BMS/BAS/DDC systems, including diagnosis, programming, troubleshooting, and repair. Â
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting ability with controls, field devices, sensors, actuators, and wiring; candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn these skills quickly will also be considered. Â
- Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems and typical sequences of operation. Â
- Familiarity with ladder-logic-style programming, DDC, PLCs, or similar control programming concepts. Â
- Experience with one or more BAS/control platforms such as Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls/FX. Niagara/N4 certification is a strong plus. Â
- Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and project teams. Â
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Â
