Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to identify job opportunities for program participants. - Design and deliver workforce readiness training programs that equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for employment. - Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants, helping them to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals. - Collaborate with other departments within Goodwill Industries to align workforce programs with organizational goals and community needs. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. - Organize job fairs, employer panels, and networking events to connect participants with potential employers. - Maintain accurate records of participant progress and employer engagement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational and funding requirements. - Stay informed about labor market trends and employer needs to continuously enhance program offerings and participant success. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Required Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or employer relations. - Proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. - Experience in creating and delivering training programs tailored to workforce readiness and employment skills. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong understanding of labor market trends and employment practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences. - Ability to design and implement strategic plans for workforce development initiatives. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure program effectiveness. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners.
