The qualified applicant will have a High School diploma or equivalent and exhibit advanced maintenance skills to include mechanical troubleshooting and inventory management. Must have other mechanical skills such as welding, plumbing, hydraulics, boiler maintenance and be versed in electronics. Mechanic must be able to work scheduled hours, including weekends and nights, with overtime when necessary as well as on-call work. Excellent performance, safety, and attendance records are essential.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform basic general and preventive maintenance to on-site company equipment and machines within the Hatchery. Frequent communication with the Hatchery Management is required and expected
