As a People Retail Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing store staffing worldwide, balancing operational efficiency with an exceptional employee and customer experience. You will translate evolving business trends and multi-faceted workforce strategies into sophisticated cost models, delivering key financial insights and recommendations that guide executive decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or a related quantitative field. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Excel and Keynote required; experience with Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and SQL strongly preferred Experience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive efficiencies in an organization
