Belle is redefining primary care for Medicare members — and it all starts with the feet.
Our Community Health Workers, each a licensed nail technician, provide in-home preventive foot care that builds trusted relationships and opens the door to better health above the knee. Through these recurring visits, Belle helps identify emerging health issues earlier, connects members to Chronic Care Management, and extends the reach of our clinical team through AI-powered telehealth and care coordination.
The result is a radically more engaging model of primary care — one built around meeting seniors where they are, earning their trust, and helping them stay healthier and age in place.
Above all, we bring joy to healthcare. Belle has built one of the most engaging care platforms in the industry, with an NPS of 98 — a level of trust and loyalty almost unheard of in healthcare. Join us as we build the next generation of primary care for America’s seniors.
