Trillium Family Services is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Corvallis. This role provides essential administrative support to our Human Resources and Training teams while helping create a positive and efficient experience for employees throughout their journey with Trillium.
Position Details
- Location: Corvallis, Oregon
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources and Training teams.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding, employment paperwork, background screenings, and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Support training coordination, including tracking required trainings and certifications.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related documents.
- Assist with Workers’ Compensation and Early Return to Work processes.
- Respond to employee questions and provide helpful, professional support.
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of administrative or office support experience required.
- Human Resources experience preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using computers, databases, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Commitment to working respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
