  • Participate in working groups (WG), operational planning teams (OPT), synchronization meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints across MARFORPAC/INDOPACOM/adjacent components.
  • Maintain operational task visibility by updating OFS Microsoft Teams task trackers/tasking tools.
  • Provide weekly activity updates (e.g., quad slides, brief summaries) and elevate issues requiring Force Surgeon/OFS support.
  • Provide MEDLOG inputs to annual assessments and campaign/Annex Q-related cycles; support required trip reports when directed.

MEDLOG planning support (Task Two)

  • Participate in and inform planning events (WG/OPT/OPLAN/CONOP and emergent planning) by providing coordinated MEDLOG assessments, opinions, and expertise.
  • Monitor doctrinal/policy updates (unclassified/classified as applicable) and advise on required adjustments to OFS/MARFORPAC policy, doctrine, or plans.
  • Provide MEDLOG-specific inputs for exercise plans and Annex Q products; coordinate planning alignment with sustainment realities and subordinate/adjacent MEDLOG elements.

Reporting, deliverables, and quality
