Requirements

Critical Success Factors:

• Basic carpentry - Required, Framing experience a plus
  
• Competitive in nature and driven by results
  
• Exceptional attention to detail
  
• Ability to lift heavy materials-   position is very physically taxing and requires repetitive lifting, bending, climbing, and reaching above your head without assistance.
