About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current members.
- Conduct tours of the facility and showcase available programs.

- Collaborate with management to develop new sales techniques and strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
