The ideal candidate drives community revenue and occupancy by guiding prospects through the entire sales and leasing lifecycle, from initial outreach to lease signing, maintaining high resident satisfaction and operational standards through active market research, property quality inspections, targeted marketing campaigns, and seamless move-in and renewal processes.

Pay Range: $23 to $24 Hourly

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

FLSA: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sales & Prospect Management: Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, follow up via calls and emails, process applications, and oversee background/credit checks through property management software. 
• Move-In & Property Quality: Inspect move-in ready apartments and tour routes daily, coordinate maintenance repairs, set up model units, and assemble lease packages for new residents. 
• Marketing & Market Awareness: Track competitor and market trends to design and execute outreach strategies, social media campaigns, resident referral programs, and specials to boost occupancy. 
• Retention & Customer Service: Manage the lease renewal workflow, promptly resolve resident questions and concerns, and execute touchpoints to maintain resident satisfaction. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Proven 1 year onsite property management experience as Leasing Specialist
• Proficient with PM software, digital marketing, and CRM
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite applications
