Lead, Clinical - Cornelius NC

QualDerm Partners is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead, Clinical to support our providers, guide medical assistants, and help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate patient flow and daily medical assistant coverage
• Serve as the first point of contact for clinical workflow, supply, and EMA ModMed questions
• Train and support new medical assistants
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Document care accurately in the EMR
• Prepare specimens, maintain instruments, and uphold infection-control standards
• Monitor medical supplies, inventory, and exam-room readiness
• Help resolve patient concerns and implement new clinical processes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a medical assisting program and internship, or 2–3 years of recent dermatology experience
• Certified Medical Assistant credential preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EMA ModMed is a plus
