The Sanitation Site Manager is responsible for overseeing sanitation processes andÂ
managing team members within the manufacturing facility. With a strong emphasis onÂ
safety, this individual must ensure that all equipment and surfaces in their area areÂ
maintained in compliance with FDA/USDA regulations. Site Manager is accountable for theÂ
overall tracking and verification of new associates training and delivering ongoingÂ
performance feedback to direct reports. This position requires a seasoned SanitationÂ
Leader who is adept at leading a team of associates towards the achievement of sharedÂ
objectives
Pay Range: $65,000-$77,000 Annually
