Job Details

The Product Marketer – Community Pharmacy Solutions (CPS) is responsible for the commercialization, marketing execution, customer adoption, and growth of assigned CPS products and solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director - Commercialization, this role serves as the dedicated marketing lead for specific products and services within the CPS portfolio and is accountable for developing and executing marketing strategies, customer-facing messaging, sales enablement materials, adoption campaigns, and commercialization activities that drive awareness, utilization, retention, and revenue growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and commercialization plans for assigned CPS products and solutions.
  • Develop solution positioning, value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create and maintain sales tools, presentations, collateral, customer communications, and enablement materials.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Sales, Commercialization, Solution Development, and Customer Success teams.
  • Work directly with pharmacies, customers, and buying groups to support adoption and utilization.
  • Participate in customer meetings, buying group engagements, VOC activities, and customer advisory programs.
  • Gather customer and market feedback and communicate insights to product and commercialization leaders.
  • Support launches, releases, campaigns, webinars, educational programs, and customer-facing events.
  • Define and track commercialization, marketing, and adoption metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and best-practice content.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, marketing, sales enablement, business development, product management, solution development, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, go-to-market initiatives, or customer adoption programs.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-enabled services experience preferred.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong product marketing and commercialization knowledge.
  • Ability to develop compelling value propositions and customer-facing messaging.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massacusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
