Job DetailsJob Location: Galdisa USA, Inc - Conroe, TX 77303Position Type: Full-timeEducation Level: Associate's DegreeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: Day ShiftJob Category: WarehouseJob Summary: Responsible for supervising all aspects of the warehouse operations including shipments, receiving, storage, inspection, and ensuring production has all materials as requested accurately and inventory management. Supervise all training and continuous development of all warehouse employees within the department. Provide support and serve as backup to SCPM. A high level of problem-solving is required to contribute to the development of processes and procedures, as well as proficiency in inventory management. Assists with payroll and employee management.                        Duties/Responsibilities:                                     •    Collaborate with Warehouse leads to assign tasks in the shipping and receiving departments as needed. •    Works with the sales team and Supply Chain & Planning Manager to create weekly shipping and receiving schedules.         •    Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity. •    Confirm and create all appointments for shipments and deliveries.             •    Reports all inbound/outbound KPI and freight carrier performance documents.     •    Ensure Shipping/Receiving warehouses are in order and clean.  •    Formal inventory control processes for packaging materials, ingredients, and raw materials. •    Oversees forklift training to certify all new or current employees on equipment required for the warehouse. •    Implements policies, procedures, SOPs, and instructions of the FSMS, as well as complies with GMP in the Production area, Warehouses, and Maintenance shop. Maintain the standards of quality and food safety of all products.     •    Assists with hiring and training of new employees.                     •    Assign raw materials to production following the FIFO method.                 •    Manage Inventory for finished goods & packaging material monthly as well as End of the Year as needed. •    Ensure that the production department is supplied with all materials needed for production from suppliers and vendors.                         •    Maintains and verifies all documents required for accounting and audit purposes.     •    Will serve as a backup to Supply Chain & Planning Manager.                 •    Assist with creating and maintaining SOPs and policies.     •    Ensuring timecards are completed and submitted correctly on a bi-weekly basis.  •    Performs other related duties as assigned.                              Experience/Skills: •    At least two years operating forklift in high, drive-in racking systems- (stand-up preferred) •    Some knowledge of ERP and software. •    At least two years of team-leading and conflict resolution. •    At least two years of receiving/shipping warehouse experience, preferred.  •    Food manufacturing experience– preferred. Education: •    High school diploma or equivalent. •    An associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.   Qualifications
